this m/c is having serious problem of back up and goes blanc even when the

indicating 50% balance.
the service center are not responding
the email ad provided is not respndin (wecare4u@hcl.com )
mails to their offices are not being attended
the service center people in Meerut are misbehaving and not responding
kindly adwise me ,as to what can be done
