this is in ref to my m/c no 9084AX110998 product code AX0P2830A P28 PDC
Bought on 16/3/09 from your dealer M/S Balaji Associates,PL Shama Road,Meerut UP,250001
The M/c is not working properly since the day i have bought it and despite my repeated visit to your service center at Krishna Plaza,Meerut they turned me
to come on some other day on some way or the other....... most of the time, because their inverter is not in working position and the power cut.
when i visited the Krishna plaza i was told that the service center has been closed down, i then contacted your dealer who gave me the new adress of your
service center at H-Ganga Nagar ,Meerut ....
Reaching there I found one Mr Yogesh sitting there toataly uncocerned. When i tried to explain him about the problem he refused straight away that there exists
any thing called warranty for my battery which is giving me so much problem and even my m/n goes blanc even when the indicator is showing 27% power remaining
He did not listen to any of my argument and said go and bring the original bill from HCL ,now that i do not know where i would get it from bevause i have purchased it
from your authorized dealer and i have the bill of the same dealer or how else i would have registered it.........The bill no is 478 of book no 10 Dated 16/03/09

finaly it is not that i was not treated properly the man called mr Yogesh was not behaving as an officer of a company like HCL should have done he was trying to
treat me as if some one was trying to take disadwantage from him.
when i told him that this is going to give you bad name if i will report the matter ,he did not care the least, more over he chalenged me to go and do what ever i could do.
Now sir this is not the battery alone which is an issue but the chalange which has been given to me to show the proof of my earlier visits to your service center which i sure
can not ......even my visit of today to your service center i can not proove ........because when i asked mr Yogesh to provide me the refusal of service he simply told me that
he shall appoint a guard for keeping records of visitors then only such records could be maintained..............
Sir being a senior citizen or almost there i traveled around 180 kms (6 Visits)for nothing and was treated shabbily by your staff which i am surly not taking lightly and would like
to request you to look in to the matter at your earliest so that to avoid you and me the trouble.......

I VISITED ON 17TH SEPTEMBER YOUR GANGANAGAR SERVICE CENTRE AND SINCE THEN I HAVE SENT TO YOU SO MANY MAILS BUT NO REPLY
