    Dear sir
    this is in ref to my m/c no 9084AX110998 product code AX0P2830A P28 PDC
    Bought on 16/3/09 from your dealer M/S Balaji Associates,PL Shama Road,Meerut UP,250001
    The M/c is not working properly since the day i have bought it and despite my repeated visit to your service center at Krishna Plaza,Meerut they turned me
    to come on some other day on some way or the other....... most of the time, because their inverter is not in working position and the power cut.

    when i visited the Krishna plaza i was told that the service center has been closed down, i then contacted your dealer who gave me the new adress of your
    service center at H-Ganga Nagar ,Meerut ....
    Reaching there I found one Mr Yogesh sitting there toataly uncocerned. When i tried to explain him about the problem he refused straight away that there exists
    any thing called warranty for my battery which is giving me so much problem and even my m/n goes blanc even when the indicator is showing 27% power remaining
    He did not listen to any of my argument and said go and bring the original bill from HCL ,now that i do not know where i would get it from bevause i have purchased it
    from your authorized dealer and i have the bill of the same dealer or how else i would have registered it.........The bill no is 478 of book no 10 Dated 16/03/09
    of Shri Balaji Associates Meerut regd on 10/06/09 on your service center at krishna plaza Meerut........

    finaly it is not that i was not treated properly the man called mr Yogesh was not behaving as an officer of a company like HCL should have done he was trying to
    treat me as if some one was trying to take disadwantage from him.
    when i told him that this is going to give you bad name if i will report the matter ,he did not care the least, more over he chalenged me to go and do what ever i could do.

    Now sir this is not the battery alone which is an issue but the chalange which has been given to me to show the proof of my earlier visits to your service center which i sure
    can not ......even my visit of today to your service center i can not proove ........because when i asked mr Yogesh to provide me the refusal of service he simply told me that
    he shall appoint a guard for keeping records of visitors then only such records could be maintained..............
    Sir being a senior citizen or almost there i traveled around 180 kms (6 Visits)for nothing and was treated shabbily by your staff which i am surly not taking lightly and would like
    to request you to look in to the matter at your earliest so that to avoid you and me the trouble.......

    Dear Mr. Agarwal,

    Forward your complaint to the MD of the Co. at their head office address, as this is the only way to get any solution on company level.

    i have visited HCL service center at Noaida today after we had a telephonic discussion on 30/10/09
    they found my complaint correct and have agreed to change the battery on 4th Nov 09 as they have raised the demand for the same

    keep a proper record of all the proceedings day wise and documents wise keep all the documents prperly in a file and instead of talking over phone send email and registered post and better to the customer care of HCL and note down request numbers and further talk on that request number reference only.

    We purchased one HCL Notebook Machine seriel no. 6094AX470972 Product Code: AXMH0214, Product description: HCL MI LEAP MH2, Warranty card no. 28233 date of 12.07.2009 as per warranty card, warranty is valid for 12 month from the date of delivery. Since I purchased this laptop it could not worked properly and many times they repaired. Last time I had given to repair on dt.11.02.2010 and they give us on 09.03.2010 without complete repaired. Hence they have written in delivery challan PCB get tested ok.
    We get loss business due to non working of this laptop Rs. 5lakh (Rupees Five Lacs only). Kindly see the matter and justice for the innocent customer.

    Hello Consumer Court Members,

    If you are facing the same problem with your HCL computer again and again even after many repair by the Parent company, it means the problem is irreparable and the product is faulty and need to be replaced. For that you need to register your complaint with HCL Customer care, and in case you are not satisfied with HCL Customer Care response then send a written notice to the CMD of HCL, mention all the details in it, attach all the photocopy of relevant documents like bill, and the job sheet and ask them for the refund/replacement within the mentioned time in the notice.

    Wait for their response and revert us back.

    dear sir,
    I Beg to say that i brought a new hcl Leaptop in 15oct of last year. then i got one year warranty with it.so my leapltop is under warranty still..my DVD Writter and BLUETOOTH create problem..so i tell my problem to HCL TOUCH CARE and get my complain number for service center in GURGAON on 7 or 8 of August.bt when i go for checking my Leaptop then they don't solve my problem .They give me a new address of other service center in Delhi While that service center is nearest of my living address...

    Default Complaint Regarding Laptop

    Dear HCL,

    My laptop's DVD writer is not working properly since month or two, and also when i work on laptop, a sound comes frm it and suddenly it hangs and show blue screen instantly, so has to switch off directly frm the switch provided on laptop. Kindly contact me, as i am trying your service center also, but i am not getting response from them, even people does not pick phone from their side.
