I have puchased dell vostro laptop 1510. my adpater pin got broken. i ahve made several calls at dell customer care. they have made promises to me on regular basis but they have not sent any quotation for the same. my 52 thousand went in vain as i am not getting any dell adapter. customer care employees are suggesting to for extended warranty for the services. i never thing purchasing a dell laptop will be biggest mistake of my life.
