No response from dell india customer care services

    Angry No response from dell india customer care services

    my self Rajkumar from Ajmer.
    I have bought latop DELL STUDIO1537 pirze 45,500/- via online payment on 20jan,2009 from Dell India Pvt Ltd Banglore.
    My hardware warrenty is till now and it is for 1 year.
    now 9 month happened and now have a problem in my dvd writer.
    it is not working properly.whenever i make a process for burn any dvd or cd.it makes error and my dvds cds destroyed. I have used Nero Essential for this process but there is no response from DVD writer...
    SO I MAKE CALL TO DELL INDIA CUSTOMER CARE FOR HELP ON GIVEN TOLL FREE NUMBER.
    BUT THERE IS NO CONNECTION WITH MY MOBILE NO. AND WHEN TRY TO MAKE A CALL FROM ANOTHER MOBILE NETWORK IT WORKS ON THAT GIVEN NUMBER.
    BUT I SURPISED THAT WHY I CANT CALL FROM MY OWN MOBILE NETWORK, I TRIED TOO MUCH BUT ALL IN VAIN.
    PLEASE SIR GIVE ME SOME RESPONSE.
    MY WARRENTRY PERIOD IS STILL NOW AND I HAVE TO USE THIS FACILITY SO THAT MY DVD WRITER RECOVERED.. THANK YOU.:&

    i tushar sharma purchased dell studio"14 before 3 month ago .bt get damaged frm right hand corner , i dnt know wat's the region pls give answer quickly as soon as possible

    Default Non- receipt of laptop even after two months of sending demand draft

    I sent a demand draft for Rs.38357/- (DD No.963264 drawn from SBI, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala on 16.10.2009 to your Hariyana office for a laptop. sent form C, as required. Sent ID proof by e.mail as required. Yet, I did not get delivery of the laptop even after a gap of two months. Request to send the laptop urgently. My studies suffering a lot. Please treat this most urgent.

    my name is shivkumar kawtikwar ,i am living in pune since 3 year .I have inspiron1525 laptop.I have problem with it.My warranty period is over.
    I have problem that is My laptop get turn off after some time and then we have to again turn on the laptop.
    And this problem get occured when cpu is in high usage....

    Default Dell has not returned my money despite several promises

    My name is Anubhav Pande and I am posting this here after losing all hopes to get my money back.

    My laptop broke down last year and I called up Dell. I told them the problem in my laptop and since my warranty had expired they asked me to buy a new warranty which was for ~Rs. 9000/-

    So I paid up the money and asked them to send their engineer. After getting the payment the person asked about the problem again. I reiterated the whole problem. This time the person says that the problem is with motherboard and for that I need to buy the warranty which was for ~Rs. 16000/-.

    If they would have told me that it will cost me that much money I would not have invested a single penny on the laptop. The person agreed to what I was saying and promised that the money will be returned.

    Till today Iam waiting for the money to come. Worse, the concerned person would not email/call back. The helpline forums at dell which promise to contact the person in 24hr have never contacted me back.
    Please find the emails below and kindly advise what can be done.

    Problem is resolved now as Dell has returned my money

    Post worst laptops and service

    I have bought an Inspiron 1564 4 months back. And I have visited the service center 5 times in this duration .Last time for a MOTHER BOARD change and this time for a faulty charger for which I have been asked to wait for 3 to 4 days the dont even have a spare to let you use it for mean while till then one has to wait to charge his laptop

    Dear Sir,

    I have purchased a New Desktop Dell Computer (Model - Inspiron with Monitor 19" TFT) on 22.03.2010 from M/s Impulse Micro Electronic Pvt Limited , D-28, Sector H, Aliganj, Lucknow (impulse_lko@yahoo.com , 0522-2745310, 4016189) vide sales invoice No. IMPL/SL/565/09-10 Rs. 29978/- with a warranty for one year till 21.03.2011.
    The above desktop is not working since 12th July,2010 due to some hardware probleme in CPU , hence i lodged complaint with my dealer and on custmer care no. 08025068026 , 1800440011 but till now there is no response for the same.
    Please look into the matter and solve my probles with extend the waranty of the said unresoloved period.
