resp sir/mam,

i have purchased dell studio 15, 3 months back but right from the day i have recieved it i have face 100 of issues it never worked smothly,i had get replaced my keyboard n hard disk etc
now the bag which i have purchased through dell is faulty bcoz of which it fell down n broked the corner of my laptop i asked the custmer care to help but they r asking 8581 rs for it which at the time of purchase they give it for approx 1000 rs, they r not even ready to give discount they actually they shall do it for free
i have always comprimise n get replace just the parts instead of laptop which i actually requested but they just rejected it whn i recieved the laptop there were scratches on it n etc i have paid my hard earn money in this laptop i want the replacement or atleast the repair of it.
