on 5th Sep I received a delivery of Dell inspiron 1545(Service tag no. 928X3BS).The piece I received has some problem in its screen from the first day.It has a small fluorescent green dot in centre of the screen.I am in touch with Dell technical support(case no 2416468).Earlier they told that problem will be resolved but now they are saying that they can not do anything untill unless the dot grows up to 5 in number.I am very tense please tell me what should I do?
