Hello Sir,

I bought a HP laptop in March this year. Below is the list of problems I am facing with the laptop:

1) There is a green line which keeps blinking at the bottom of my screen.
2) The laptop takes ages to start up.
3) The scroll button gets activated if I put my laptop to a sleep mode and I need to restart my laptop to switch off the scroll key.
4) It hardly gives me a back up of 1 hour when it is supposed to do that for atleast 2 hours.

I had given my laptop to Maha Electronics service center in Indiranagar, Bangalore on the 17th of sept. They said that they would need to replace a certain part and are waiting for it. It has now been 3 weeks and they still do not have an ETA. I have tried registering complaints on HP site but no response till now. I try calling the service center everyday, but nobody answers the phone. Even if someone does answer the phone they just say that they do not have an ETA. I just want my item in a proper working condition since I paid a lot of money for the product.

I would be greatful if you could look into this please.
