i have purchased dell studio 1435 notebook in march 2009. i am having a complete one year warranty.
its optical drive which is a hardware issue, have already been replaced after my complaint.
and now there are two more hardware problem in this notebook.
the problems are:
1. The "A" key works after a long press. and
2. The right side lid joint is loosen due to which the lid does not closes properly. this problem arouse by simply opening and closing the lid.

I talked to the one of the customer representative on 07-10-2009 and what he said is as follows:
for keyboard problem "Its been seven months you purchased the laptop so you could have damaged it by playing games or more usage, so nothing can be done".
and for lid joint problem "Its because of your rough usage of the laptop. You may ha dropped it from any height, so we can not do anything."
and after that they simply disconnected the call.
what should I do sir?
