Well i don't think so , I have a HP Compaq Presario notebook. RT Outsourcing Services Limited had approached me to purchase extended warranty for 2 years the same by making payment to their bank account. As one of his employe (Vinod : 98103802760) came to my house With Reference ID:-2608428644 and collect a Cheque of Rs 5700/- in the favour of "RT Outsourcing Limited", i've a copy of my cheque, on 17th july 2009 In Punjab & National Bank. After 1 month i got a call from HP service center to extend my warranty period, when I checked with IT Resource, they showed that my Warranty is not extended yet. Since then I went on calling them many a times. Today on 3th october 2009 I am submitting this complaint to warn my fellow countrymen, to beware from any kind of deals with RT Outsourcing Services Limited.
If any one could help me, how to sort out that problem.....
As i m not only the single person, there are lots of complaint registered by many people...

To get any solution for your complaint kindly send a complaint letter to the Head Office of the Co. Send it through registered post and keep a copy of that letter also. Hope you will get any positive response from there.

I took my Compaq laptop (No: V6604AU) to RT outsourcing as there were couple of problems with my laptop. I got my warranty extended couple of months back so no problem in that but the way theses guys handle the cases. Its horrible. I submit my laptop with them on 6th of Nov, 09. I got a call from them after 4-5 days that your laptop is ready and you can have the delivery of same. But, when I reached there and checked whether the problems has been rectified, I got a horror of my life seeing that one of the 3 problems was as it is and they supposedly do QC before giving a call to the customers and above all my laptop battery was all low, means they have been using my machine on the battery not on the adapter as suggested by HP itself. They send me back saying need to look into this. After a couple of hrs I got a call from them that sir the newly installed motherboard has got some problem and a new one need to be ordered. But, what I think that they totally forgot to check my speaker problem and now making excuses. I said, ok do the needful thinking this time they will mend it right. But seems like they are enjoying playing with my time. Again I got a call on 16 Nov, 09 from them that my laptop is ready and we can deliver to your office. But, there seems to be no end to my horror, when I had a look at my laptop, it was in bad shape, they installed a new speaker which is not for my model and cos of which my outer covering of laptop was tweaking. and when I called their engineer, he tries to pacify saying that company have stopped making those type of speakers, and this is the best solution they have. I mean, this is horrible, is this the best solution HP got.

I am sick and tired of their responses and wanna sue HP for wasting my time n money. Pls guide me how to go about it.

RT outsourcing it is my horarable expereance with this company i get selected in college campus by this company they want to join the company in 3 months so they wasted those 3 months of my and then when i go to there office they want Rs 30000 to pay as training fee for three month and they said you have to do work without salary for three months and i had to bear all my expences including the money which i have to pay to auto and bus and train to travel to other city and even other state far away cost 1000 rupees per ticket but those three month they make it 8 months and then i suffered seriously both time and money is wasted i have to do work like labourers and climb 40 meter tower daily 10 times or more the dont tell me any thing about electronics or any related to mobile communication but want me o pull the 100kg to 200kg RF wire from top of tower 40meter with out pully they even not give me pully the instructor enginers are dog and treat me very badly and after that they want me to go home and they tell me o wait for my joining which i am waiting for a year after so much suffering and time waste

this i had to tell to coustemers which i read the blog that the company is totely bogus.teck gurukul is bogus institute of rt outsourcing which make money out of people they had no heart and they are evil people.

it is good company,providing support to it's client in well services, job offers are good and a bit easy for any technical background guy or gal

To the ppl who complains here....as if it looks like that you are talking about quality and in some cases commitments...
thanks for pin-pointing faults....it will make us better....

sometime it happens in each & every organization but for this the whole organization cann't be said untrustworthy...it is only because of some ppl who want to do this kind of carricature but of course it is really bad...& RT should take care of this....

Now, some1 said about Tech Gurukul.....but if want to complain in reality then why he has nt given the name of the campus ...person name & his field project manager name.....in that case RT will take care of this...
Point it and help RT to find those ppl who re actually doing against RT......

RT Outsourcing offered me a warranty upgrade on my HP Officejet Pro L7380 on 10th of June 2010 and swiped my SBI Card for the same but after the swipe they said that the upgrade is not possible and asked me to purchase something else for the same amount. When denied they assured me of refund of the amount directly to the card but its been almost 2 months they are still not responding and now have stopped picking up calls too. I contacted SBI Cards and they denied to help saying that the chargeslip has been provided by the merchant. Very confused what to do.
