I purchase a HCL me laptop.Salesman told that 15 month warrant(9 month + 6 month additional warranty). I got a card from hcl with HCL laptop.on which it is clearly written that for additional 6 month warranty registered your product with in 30 days of purchasing. i completed my registration within 30 days. and also got conformation for registration. but till now i don't get any conformation or response for additional 6 month warranty.when i called at helpline of hcl (18601800425),they told me that till now i do not get any additional warranty.
now what can i do to get this warranty or against it??

My Name is Vandana.I am a student and I want to know the procedure of filling a complaint against my service provider.Actually I brought a carepack plan for Rs 6066, to extend my laptop warranty status(Model no V3749AU, Serial No 2CE8082B3G,) from a company named ARM serve (they work on a contract basis with Hp).I brought this plan in year 2011(actual date is 28 aug 2011) but I have'nt got my carepack certificate yet.My laptop's warranty status hasn't been updated(as i can check that online)I am having some problems related to my laptop,whenever i call at hp they say that your laptop's warranty has been expired talk to your service provider and when I call ARM serve they keep telling me that you have entered some wrong product name or so.I kept mailing the owner of that company Mr.Abhay Sharma,he didn't reply to me once.
This is the second time they are harrasing me like this.I faced the same thing in nov 2011(as my laptop's display was not working)they make me go at two hp technical support centre to fix my laptop(this took over 16 days)and when I said i'll file a complaint in consumer court they(ARM Serve) send a guy to fix my laptop within 3 days.
Please help me as I am a student and stay in a hostel so I can't go to court to file a complain or so
