To get any solution for your complaint, first of all kindly send a complaint letter to the Head Office of the Co. Send it through registered post and keep a copy of that letter also. Hope you will get any positive response from there.

Dear sir/madam
This is a matter of serious concern.i purchased a Toshiba laptop on 8th august 09 from a shop(laptronics at kalyani nagar,Pune).After four days problem started in that.The problem is related to turning it ON.Whenever one wanted to turn on laptop after a long duration(after 2 or 3 days) it did not turn on.I launched complain in customer support after that I took it to service centre.they handed over it to me after a week telling that this is now ok.but again after 2 days problem started.In this way i went 3 times to service centre.Every time they kept laptop with them for 10 to 15 days and after that they called me by telling this time it will work properly .But still I am suffering from same problem with my laptop.Now I got totally harrased and completely frustrated.It has been total of 2 months and 22 days and I m unable to use my laptop for the purpose I purchased it.I m a student sir and I m totally unable to think what to do next.At last I have decided to return back the system(laptop) and I want all my money ( Rs.30900) back with compensastion ,that’s why I have contacted u.if u can help I would be greatly thankful to you.
