I had contacted The DELL Customer services on 16.09.09 Which is under my warranty period i.e. 29.09.09, for the replacement of my battery and some other problems regarding my system issues. They Called me on a day or two after 16.09.09 (didn't exactly remember , my call details will say about it). They said since the next day is Saturday and then Sunday , then on Monday its Eid, but they will gt back to me on Monday. two of the persons called me that day.But its been friday today and no response from them i had heard.

My system is giving lots of problem regarding the battery its been working fine since few months but now it is now working properly,battery back up is nearly 35 mins and it should not be done so. I contacted them again today so they were saying they tried to call But they cant,despite they have my number , alternate number , my address, my email id, and i dont think if they dont able to contact me on fone they can contact me by email or by sending someone home for intimating their genuine reason.
Now I think I want my whole laptop to be replaced.

Please tell me what to do??
