dear sir,
i am a purchaser of ideapad y430,bought on 26/aug/2009 from best buy computers in jammu,after just 5 days the lcd of my laptop become defective ,7th of sept i logged the case (L99700iw),this 23rd sept i rcvd the replacement part and after the replacement done by ur service center in jammu,the new lcd panel become defective again,this defect in arising again and again..........

as i hav bought a new product this should not be happening at all ,that too after the replaced lcd was defective again,
I WANT THE FULL REPLACEMENT OF THE PRODUCT as i am not satisfied by company procedures taking so much days,
and cannot help the person who is in need,frankly saying i am feeling like i hav spend my Rs45000 on purchasing a dustbin......
pls i want someone to look into this problem seriously,as this product is becoming not a lifesaver but a lifetaker for me
and the worst of my nightmares bcoz i waited so long for the replacement and after that again the replaced lcd was defetive
