I have purchase laptop of compaq on 19 feb 2009 from the dealer Sky net, udupi and he said i will be getting kodak 8.1 megapixcel camera free and he also said me to give a dd of Rs. 1200/- for delivery charges. i had given the same.
But till date i have not received any camera freom them, Whenever i calll the dealer he says me to contact to mr. Vijay of Compaq, and when i contact Mr. vijay he says me to contact Mr. Manoj (head of compaq).but Manoj once said the offerwas at that time. But when i ask dealer he said its companies responsibilities to give the camera and the offer was still there at the time i purchased. By the same the windows installed in the laptop is duplicate, when i ask dealer he said it will cost 3,000/- more .
So, i request you pls help me and solve the problem.
