Hi, I have called Dell number for Sales and the Executive there is having no manners was talking rude and was transffering the call without telling anything and then disconnected my call. I was having a good image of Dell and I planned to buy one so the reason I called. But now I have to think twice. If this is the behaviour when before the purchase what will be After sales service, will be nothing for sure. The executive first took the call was Santosh and then Harry and he disconnected the call. This is not the right way to treat cuxtomers. Finally I end up thinking to buy a Lenovo Laptop than Your XPS, Only because of the service of Your CS. And I will not recommend Dell to anyone if we buyers are becoming a JOKER in front of Sales rep.
