    Default Defect in LCD screen of DELL VOSTRO 1550 ( FlipKart order no.20531211130)

    I have purchased a DELL VOSTRO 1550 laptop via FLIPKART.com online shopping. At the time of delivery I found that the LCD screen of the laptop is defected(a vertical line on screen).I have complaint regarding this to the flipkart costumer care center to change the laptop on 11-06-2012.
    My complain no. is 120611011376. but they are refusing to change.
    Please suggest what to do? as they are not giving any positive response.
