Respected Sir,
We Munoth Transport Co. are having a Reliance Landline No.
022 - 3298 1224 With the Corporate plan From Last 5 years but since last six months
we are facing some problems with the service like we are not able to make any
outgoing calls & not even receving any calls as we tried to call your service center
no 30336363 for the same to complaint about this they are not ready to take any
complaint or they are not ready to give any solution as they say the phone is
working properly.
We also are paying the bill for last six months even we are not able to use
the service at all we also contacted the reliance web world (panvel) they say the
problem is with landline instrument so they replaced my landline with new handset
then also we are facing same problem till today
So i request you to solve the Problem as early as possible on
prority or we have to take this issue to consumer court, and we request you to
refund the last six months bill also that we have paid for service we are not able
to use. the above complaint is for the following no.

We have a reliance landline No-0612 3052026 from last six
month but we facing vry problem In one month almost 15-20
days it is out of order. we tired with complaining to Costumer care
But we not get any Fix silution.

i have a fixed line 040-39127480, I discovered that my out going facility was barred today afternoon.Icalled customer care to find out the reason as there are no oustanding dues.I was informed by the customer care person that i had crossed my credit limit and said that sevices can resumed if 80% of the payment is made now.
What i would like to know is
1.Why is that i ws not informed about my crossing of credit limit
2.How can they assume that i shall not be able to pay the bill amount if it in excess of normal usage?

i have been recieving calls from a reliance landline number and the guy has been harassing me and my friends as well.. how can i get to know the details of the number.. i need to know his name and address... the number is 011 32418701.

i got a tele marketing call for navigating my prepaid connection to post paid from a guy called Ajay on 29th march..he was pitching this plan of 199rs rental where i get 15000 secs and 15000 sms free and rel to rel cdma,gsm n landline 24hrs free for Maharashtra, mumbai, Goa circle.when i asked for a cheaper plan he pitched me abt d 99rs rental plan where i get 1000 sms free and 50ps on other network and rel to rel cdma, gsm n landline free 24hrs for mum.maha and goa circle.after 15 minutes i got a call from verification dep and they sent a guy to my place for collecting documents and 450rs cash which he said was refundable and deduct from my monthly plan.and he said it wud be activated within 3 days.after dat...no one called me neither my plan got activated and after 8 days...i.e on 7th april...one guy came to my place for verification and then he said...by tmrw morning my plan wud be activated....which till date..hasn't been done...

and the verfication guy told me dat his office was in ghatkopar.
if possible...please get me the address of the landline number mentioned above or if anyone knws..abt the sales dept address in mira road.

OUR LANDLINE OF RELIANCE 0744-3230723 NOT WORKING . wE CAN MAKE CAALS ONLY BY SPEAKER AND NOT THROUGH HANDSET. my land line no.9381507900, residing chennai st. thomas mount area.

past three months it is not functioning - phone is dead - it was shown to many reliance care centre, no one gives us proper information and telling to us that you have to go to that place and this place.

Dear Sir, i am not happy with your net service, becuase every month we are complint many time about net conection but still we are facing same problem now i am in bangkok i am not able to contact my home thats why i am writing here. if not solve the problem within today w are going to disconect.

I have been getting calls from 04223093300 number from 25-sep-2011 and they are not talking anything and they keep on calling to my number. I want to know their name and address.They keep on irritating me a lot.Either give me their address or block their number from calling me(8015546062). when i make calls it is not going to their number. So please help me in this.
