    Exclamation Complain against Airtel fixedline and broadband services

    Issue: inappropriate salutation "instead of MISS they use MRS" in bills. Unable to produce it as a proof of address

    I have been complaining since I took the connection to change the salutation before my name in the bill from MRS to MISS or just omit it entirely. I am unmarried but the salutation used is MRS. How could an organization commit such an offence. this is disgusting. Clearly saying if still i get the bill with MRS as a salutation then I wont consider the bill and wont pay. If the bill is not generated in the name of the correct person then why I will bother to pay. Extremely disgusted and unhappy with the way they treat the complains. Harassment is not what a consumer will expect in returns of his heard earned money.
    I thought the bills can be used as an address proof as well. but always rejected due to this issue. Will disconnect this service if its not solved in the next bill and approach another provider. Hopping with Crossed fingers that the settlement will be proper after the discontinuation.
    A NO NO to Airtel services in future..wont recommend to any one.

    Default Airetel Broadband: Unacceptable service by Airtel

    Hi,

    This is regarding the Account Number: 15477199
    I have been requesting the Broadband Bill to be delivered to my new address but there has not been any action taken even after raising several complaints. I have not received any Bills from airtel for the past one and half years. They are still sending it to my Old address. Even after escalating the complaints to the nodal office and applette office there has not been anybody who can take appropriate action to resolve this simple issue. I spoke to someone from Aplette office(highest level of escalation) and he informed that the complaints were not registered using the appropriate category and so they have closed the complaints and he could not do anything to change the address. They are not even apologizing for the errors that they have committed This is UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE. Please find the complaints raised below. I'm going to disconnect my broadband connection and go for another service provider. This is very poor customer service

    Default Regarding Tikonna Services Disconnection (Tikona UID-1106756942)

    I , Aditya Tiwari, was given a tikona connection(Tikona UID-1106756942) on 18th June. I paid Rs 2300 but in my account only rs 2000 were reflected. I complained against it but no reply back. Also the connection did not work properly. I had complained for the same many times but nothing improves . At last one engineer from tikona concluded that signal are not present/inadequate so the connection has to be disconnected. I got a call from tikona excutive in the same regarding some days back and he said that connection will be disconnected. Nothing has happened till now and infact got the monthly bill from tikona and daily reminder of the same. This is heights of mis management. I have not been able to understand when the signal was not proper why the connection was established in the first place and now who will disconnect and refund.

    Please disconnect my connection and provide me the refund amount as soon as possible. I am highly frustrated with tikona services.

    Recent Complains no: 1-2390466524, 1-2397652909, 1-2402971270
    Earlier complaint nos: 1-2383190485, 1-2381160843
    Lots of other complains were raised but i dont have their ids.

    Angry complain about internet

    I have complained on 3feb about the problem of internet but still no solution in it.

    My complaint No :29571624. Still it is not fully rectified. On and off it does not work. Server seems to be faulty.Please rectify immediately.

    Thumbs down Complaint against fixed line connection.

    Sir,

    My fixed line number is 0120/4371170 and I am using this no from last seven years. Currently their is some technical fault in the instrument which has been provided by Airtel. When I complaint about the same the company says that they will charge Rs.150/- for just visiting the complaint. I was shocked to learn this type of policy adopted by the company.Secondly they had increase the monthly rent thrice without any intimation. Aggrieved with this , will any authority will look into this matter.
