    Angry Issue yet not resolved

    I don't know how Airtel says it has resolved issue ? I still did not get any mail informing how my security deposit was adjusted automatically. I did not even get a single mail regarding that some action will taken ? I come here to check the replies daily and one fine day it says complaint has been resolved ??
    Airtel please either communicate properly or avoid putting up a mask of solving the issue when it has been not.
    MY SECURITY DEPOSIT case has not been resolved yet , don't put up false replies here when no action has been taken from your side. Absolutely disgusted at Airtel service. Will never opt for any Airtel service in future.

    I dont consider the issue being resolved and I still hold my consumer complaint here.

    Angry deducted balanse

    Dear sir,

    My name is Raj Kumar, Mob no. - 9722123417.

    I recharged my no. on 1st Sept. 03:46 pm by Rs.98.00 through Airtel
    money and Rs. 250 at 03:47 pm.

    I have received a message at that time that "Recharge Successful for
    Rs. 98.00 . Talktime Credited: Rs.1.00, Processing Fee: Rs. 86.22.

    After that i checked my 2G Data balance it shows 1228 MB&VD Sep 30
    2012 and Main Bal is 280.74 INR.

    than i start surfing net and at 07:20, i found that my main Bal is
    178. INR, i have made only one call during this period.

    I immediate call 198 at 07:23 pm and ask for the reason why my bal is
    deducted, they ans. that your earlier validity of data is till 14
    sept, so you don't use new data till 14 sept,2012. I said him that
    there is no such type of condition in 2G Data than he put my call on
    hold and disconnected without giving any ans.

    And than i Surf net but this time the charge deducted from 2G Data plan.

    I again Call on 198 at 12:45 am, 2Sept,12 and explain my problem, he
    registered a complained and give me a ref no. CBDMO20902007138
    registered on 00:52. He said that your problem get resolved soon.

    I wait whole day, but didn't got any reply message or call from
    Airtel. The whole day i surf net on my mob and no main bal detected.

    3Sept,2012. at 12:23am i again call 198 three times, first two time
    they don't reply my question and put on hold than disconnected my
    call. At third time they said that there is a problem in the server so
    we cant check your account, you have to wait for next 12 hours and
    call again around 11: 00 am.

    today i call back at 05:50 pm, i get a reply that you have send a lot
    of message to 51555 number that's why your balance was detected. he
    also said that i had charged today also, for sending message on 51555.
    But today there is no any wrong deduction from my main balance.

    I again call 05:58 pm and same thing happens put on hold and disconnected.

    On 06:02 pm i made a call, they said that your recharge of 2G data is
    activated at 04:05 pm on 1Sept,12. so that your balance is detected,
    but when i asked that why my balance is also continuously detected
    after 04:05 pm, he said to transfer my call to his supervisor and put
    on hold and disconnected.

    And 06:24 pm on next call, someone said that my net setting is not
    correct that's why this happening and still now i am charged for net
    Data Surfing.

    I don't understand why every-next time i get a different reason for
    deduction of my balance, why i am disconnected during call.

    It is requested to take an urgent and necessary action for this.

    I had lost my SIM and got a new 1 after blocking it few months before.As I use two different numbers I had never noticed that I'm charged more than usual in my AIRTEL NUMBER-9777286602. When i wanted to recharge a Power Plus of 76 and 61 it said Recharge unsuccessful. When I asked the customer care today they told my ROAMING SERVICE has been activated. Neither I have traveled outside my state Odisha nor I have recharged with a roaming pack ever. Then why am I charged more, around 70 to 75 paise per minute and why I cannot recharge with POWER PLUS. My Sim card is registered in my name. PLEASE SOLVE my matter else I'll be bound to switch to other service provider.
