    Default not intimate plan change

    Sir ,

    I had been using airtel for past 6 years , often CHANGING the Plan without any intimation ..this is really INSULT THE Real Customer like me ..hereafter i couldnt tolerate.. thats y i am giving the complaint against airtel ..

    Poor Performance of customer care ..not easily reachable ...

    Here they changed my plan without any intimation ... before i consumed 60p/call ..Now they changed 1rs/call ...I called many time .but useless customer care ...

    Unhappy Complaint Against 3G Prepaid Service

    Dear Sir,

    I am using 9963342668 airtel number from a long time, for the last 2 months i had activated the 3G and using internet on mobile without any problem.

    For the last 10days i am facing connection and speed problems, I am only getting download speed of 335kbps or less for 3G, even not more than 512kbps. I am very disappointed, I had recharged with Rs.250 for 1gb 3G data.

    Today (27.07.2012) I had conversations with your customer executives namely chandrasekhar and satish. I had explained my grievance and asked for solution, chandrasekhar said deleting cache and cookie files from phone default browser then restarting the phone can solve the problem.

    I did the same and also hard reset my Nokia C6-01 and memory card got formatted, still the problem persists. Again I made a call to your Executive on 198 after a while some lady answered my call and then I had repeated the whole story once again to her, she asked me to wait on hold, i did after few seconds no music or noise, i came to know that the call was disconnected.

    Again after 1hr i made a call to CC which was answered by your executive Satish, same story repeated i am on hold and the call was disconnected. Tried again but the voice on phone said you cannot call this number..

    they asked my several questions:

    Question My Answer.

    is signal strength full ? Yes

    is your city had 3G launched? Yes (Eluru, West Godavari District)

    do you have proper main balance? Yes (215 odd)

    do you have 3G data on your phone? Yes (600mb)

    have you restarted your phone to regain connectivity? Yes (many times but no use) etc..

    You guys had tested my patience a lot, from the beginning (around 10 years)a great fan of airtel network.

    Airtel no.-9561462108
    This is one of many times that the money is being deducted from my number without my knowledge. And today I was highlu pissed when my calls were disconnected by 5 times when i asked for the reason for the money deduction. I just do not understand this policy of the company
    to increase the profit. This is highly shameful and irritating act on your part. Kindly look into the matter and reduce such happenings to avoid loosing your customers.

    Hello..!
    Sir My 9849160414 It using from 2008.,
    Few days back, they dedicated a flim song as a caller tune to my cell.
    i am very irrate about this matter, i call to customer care for removing song.

    after that day to still Incoming and Outing barred, so many time i consulting for barred on this no.

    my friends also call to customer care in matter.;,
    there is no relife


    so plz take the action, and solve the problem
