I have Reliance landline phone connection (WFP) and my phone number is 0151-3296864. I am having this phone connection more than 3 years.
In November My phone stopped working so I requested for a change of phone. The phone was kept with them and for last 3 months I am still waiting for the resolution of the problem. I have contacted their customer service serveral times and even visited their Web world/Reliance office but no resolution yet.
I launched a complain on February 29, 2012 with Service Request ID:173682524 and I was given 4 days time to get the problem resolved. In these 4 days no action was taken. No one visited our house to solve the problem. Then on March 7th I contacted their customer care to find out whats going on. Suddenly I came to know that they marked my request ID : 173682524 as resolved. While there was no one who visited our home. The landline phone itself is with them and we have a letter with us that they have our instrument. This was a very serious matter that problem was marked as resolved without even contacting us or without even visiting home.
So I launched a new complain again on March 07, 2012 with Service Request ID : 174225206 and again I was promised that problem will be resolved within 4 working days. I contacted their customer service via email and again I got email that your concern is our priority, it will be resolved soon. I am tired with customer service and it seems they are very careless about customer concern and for last 3 months I am still waiting for resolution.
Kindly Help us in getting this problem resolved.

THE PHONE WAS NOT IN USE FOR LAST 4 DAYS (as was out of station) & phone instrument went blank on screen & is not working.
i sent the instrument to reliance vendor/show room (opp. vishal mega mart)at barasat, who refused to entertain.
i tried to lodge complaint on line & got myself registered, but while lodging complaint , the system did not proceed (use id & password do not match)
though both fields were correctly entered. (but system gave some US phone number).
the phone is not put in use since 13.04.12 (10 am) & is not working. no rentals should be charged for the period of non-functionality.
please suitably instruct to set my phone in working order. i am prepared for set repair /change, but phone connectivity is more important.

I am having corporate number in the name Aditya Birla Money Ltd (Vasudevan) using this since last 2 year and my company migrate this SIM into my Name Sandeep Chaturvedi last month at that time I have submiited my all the necessary documents to Reliance Communication,SIM was working from last 30 days after that I have received the 2 verification call from Reliance customer care on 28/04/2012 and number was 02230345785 & I have given all the details to representative but on 29th my sim was blocked and error contact to reliance customer care when I contacted to reliance customer care lady picked up my phone name Devopriya did not give me response properly even I am having recording of that also If you want I will provide you ..I asked many times to her Pls registered my complain after that she has given me complain ID that is 178325036 she said you have to submit your documents to reliance communication and question is why again I have to submit my documents when I have already given.. even after 30 days you people awake and ask.. this is pathetic experience for me with associated with Reliance.. So, request you to please resolve it by today at the earliest due to this my business will affect Kindly look into this otherwise I will escalate the same to higher level..

network problem always.not communicating to any one.
I have started using reliance prepaid few days back.And in these few days it has happened to me many times that my balance gets deducted from the account without any info message.When i call the customer care number 198 they say it is because of some subscription and downloads.I don't understand how is this possible if i don't pick up any call from reliance and dont reply to any of the services messages.money is refunded sometimes and sometimes not.Kindly look into the matter as this is really frustrating!!
Hi I am a reliance broadband user. I need to know why vimeo.com has been banned by reliance. Its a very important site and very much useful for my work. Please remove this ban that you have put on all the websites. Its our right to use internet. The thing which is available for others why won't be available for me.

Sub-amount charge for undefined services.
I shashi kant pandey having Reliance number 7620988830 had been suferring mental torcher from last two weeks from Reliance Communication .Every day in afternoon I see a message in my number that you had subscribe this service and balance had been charged from your account .I dont know how without my approval any service is activated,then I had to call in customer care and they return the amount .This thing is happend about to 7 to 8 times every time5,10,20 Rs had been minus from my account.
I just want to know from the company that is this the tricks of the company to make money.First they charge for the service and then they return back if you call otherwise it is gain for the company if you didnt call.
So this is really ethically not good for the company and its kind of Mental torcher for me.
Please solve this issue.
