Submit Complaint..Hi Sumit,
Their is one big issue with wireless land line connection i.e. the battery problem.
After 5-6 months the battery become dead and it cost you more then 500/-

Reliance Land Line Phone Hello Consumer Court Members,
I am Sumit from delhi, I was using reliance landline connection what they say it fixed wireless connection, they provide the connection at very affordable price like even a person who earn 10000 per month can afford it, but after 4-5 months it starts creating problem like the main problem which i am facing is that you should have some electricity backup because if your light gone then it stop working.
Do you know why the reliance are giving the connection in so less price because they are launching the wired land line connection with in 3-4 months. they are just clearing their stock.
So be aware from reliance fixed wire less schemes they are just to clear their stock and launching the fixed land line connection.

Complains not getting solved I Rajesh Patel have given complain regarding instrument fault on 28th Sept (Complain No. 137745702), Second complain on 30th Sept (Complain No. 137915808) and third complain on 5th Oct (Complain No. 138244728). Every time i give the complain, my complain is not solved atall.When I call after 24 hours your record says that complain is solved. Infect not only me but many of your clients have the same problem. And this has happened many times. Some ware around if I see your line man/Representive and if ask about my complain He says that give me mony and your complain will be solved even without registering the complain. And if you don't give money your complian will not be solved even if give complain 100 times.
