Tata walky complaint I have been using tata walky for several years. Everytime there was a problem with the device, the engineers used to fix it promptly.
However, until recently, I registered one such problem. I was given a call to fix a time when the visit can be made without any intimation of charges involved. The engineer who visited told me that the replacement of the device will be chargable. I immediately mailed the nodal officers raising my voice in that the instrument damage was never chargable & neither was I informed about this. They said they have change their policies and failed to produce when was this informed to us. I never knew that its chargable to have an engineer visit.
In the midst, I have recently recieved the bill This was followed by a deduction on my bill for the engineer's visit (there were no repairs carried out). These are unfair practices.
Please assist me on how can I approach this...

Complain Dear Concern,
We are having Tata walky connection No 0512-6554580, sorry to say that from very beginning we are facing problem a lot, every fifteen days phone get disconnected than we need to contact customer care to get the same activated.
Please look in to the matter seriously and provide one time solution.

Faulty Walky Instrument I have a Tata Prepaid Walky and my number 0251-6469171. I have a defective handset and have approached their Gallery, Customer Care and even Nodal Officer several times in the past several months. Their Gallery man says, for prepaid account, no new instrument will be given even if subscriber is willing to pay. Customer Care people say that they cannot find my number (??) in their system. My email communications are marked to Nodal as well Appellate departments. There are always assurances but no action at all. I do not understand why Tata is not giving me a new instrument even at my own cost? And I also do not understand why they cannot find my number in their system even though I have a working connection. If I make recharge from their Gallery they are promptly carrying out the recharge. If they cannot find my number in their system, how are they able to carry out recharge? Now I do not understand whom to approach for getting a new instrument. Please help.

tata docomo postpaid landline complaint Hi,
we have a tata docomo landline walky in my office. its a total 10 cnnection. every time with out gettling bill our line is disconnect from the customer care without any intimation because of unpayment of bill. but we are not getting bill in my mailing address the how can i make payment without see a bill. i want reply on this message.

I AM OWNING A TATA WALKY NO.011 65797699 (PRE PAID) SINCE LAST 8 YEARS.
AS PER YOUR SCHEME I PAID THE REQUIRED FEE FOR HAVING LIFE TIME VALIDITY .YOU HAD EXTENDED THE SERVICES FOR LIFE TIME VALIDITY .I GOT MY HAND SET REPAIRED FROM SERVICE CENTER (LG) AT LAKXMI NAGAR ,DELHI 110092. MY HAND SET GOT DEFECTIVE AGAIN NEARLY 4-5 MONTHS BACK SO I WANTED TO BUY A NEW HAND SET.
I WANT TO BRING IN TO YOUR KIND NOTICE THE AGONY AND STRESS I AM FACING FROM LAST 4-5 MONTHS.
1.YOUR CUSTOMER CARE DID NOT RESPONDED TO MY CALLS.

a)THEY INFORMED THAT PRE-PAID SERVICE ON WALKY HAD BEEN DISBAND SINCE LONG.

Company charges for the service given without my consent or request. Sir, I have a TATA Walky Phone with number 0233-6453471 at Sangli (Maharashtra) For the last few months Tata company has set a caller tune for my phone. I had never request company and gven any consent to them for the aforesaid service. Whenever I recharge my walky the balance automatically is cut as charges against the caller tune service (for which I had never applied)
I request the responsible officials to rectify the problem and refund me back the charges cut against the said services.

Severe network issue. Sir/Ma'am,
I'm facing a severe network problem from last week in scheme no.-51 area of Indore city, my TATA Walky phone (0731-6563698), my TATA mobile (9669580001) & my brother's TATA mobile all are not working at this place, which is our residence at the same time, no network issue is there in rest of the city. We use our TATA walky & mobiles for business purposes, so we are facing losses in connectivity with our customers. Please take some action ASAP or we will discontinue the connections & sought legal help for losses caused in business due to same.
