    Default Airtel pri line - plan migration pending long time

    Dear Sir / Madam,

    Sub: PRI NO ; 42939900 ACCOUNT NO: 14538009

    We are having AIRTEL PRI Connection in the name of M/s. Dignity Innovations. We had request to change the plan from TNBIZ VOICE 15000 PRI (FEB 09) PLAN into BIZ PRI 11000 @ rental of Rs. 11000/- on 24.09.2011. I have got an reply and the message is "We would like to inform that your request has been registered with us with the reference number 4599588 and the same will be addressed by 26-SEP-2011 06:00 PM." But there is no reply after that the above message.

    Again i had resend the above mail they send again an history like THAT "
    Ref: Email Dated 11-11-2011, regarding plan change and bill copy for airtel account number 14538009. Thank you for writing to airtel and the opportunity to assist you. To address your concern, we have already forwarded your complaint regarding the plan change with the concerned team. Our team will be contacting you shortly with an update on the issue."

    Again another history like That "
    Ref: Email dated 17-11-2011, regarding plan migration for your airtel number 14538009.Thank you for writing to airtel and the opportunity to assist you. We would like to inform that your request has been registered with us with the reference number 7448704 and the same will be addressed by 26-NOV-2011 10:30 AM.

    Like that so many mails sent to 121@airtel.in,there was no positive response to till date then the same issue, we have forwarded to this Email id (nodal.southabts@in.airtel.com & appellate.southabts@in.airtel.com ) they also giving same reason, still the plan yet to migrate and they said like it is under process.
    Today i have called over phone to customer care, they have again registered a compliant and no is 11022092 and it will be addressed on 02nd Feb'2012 at 15:30 PM.

    Kindly take necessary steps to resolve pending problem.
