    Default Airtel Charging for disconnected line

    Respected Authorities,

    Please find that the land line from Airtel is requested(Cancellation Req: 576112.[BAL|QRC35698651]) to be disconnected in he month of February 2011 and intimated to customer care to collect the instrument as we are vacating the premises. After 15 days a mail has come intimating sorry for the delay with Ref No: 593881 and sorry for the inconvinience caused. On 21-JAN-2012 there is a call from gwalior High court lawyer intimating that case has been filed on you for not paying the landline bill for the months of March, April, May & June. When i approached Airtel Office Begumpet the floor officer Vijay(ID: 57305) has responded very ruthless and said that no request has been raised and they dont have any record of the request raised butwhen i showed them the mail i have received then they are trying to calm me down say saying it might be a software update Problem .

    I need justified clarification now and revert my total amount that is to be reverted apart from the usage and for the 3 months mentioned above there is no usage as i wass in abroad on office purpose. Also from this check i have proof of my passport stamped by US newyork Port of entry authorities.

    Please do me the immediate needul that Airtel should come up with a reason on this and find a solution in resolving on this.
