    How long do I wait????

    Can I get a manager's number to call and talk directly... You are fooling your customers by the escalation matrix and number. No one attends the number or the IVR automatically disconnects and you don't bother to reply back to emails..........


    Just let me know how long I need to wait and just give me a number of a responsible manager with whom I can work with to get my resolution... If this is too difficult .......then contact me I will give you a resolution.

    It is quite frustrating not to hear from you on any reply about the above
    SRRno. I have been using this connection 08041670081 for almost more than 3
    years. Now I have shifted my house ..not more than 500 mtrs from the previous
    place and requested for the shifting.



    Your engineer visited my place and confirmed that connections are available.
    Post that i received a call from your team stating that due to technical
    problem you will not be able to shift this connection.



    The irony is on my new house gate I see your advertisement for new broadband
    connection with contact numbers..How funny and on that same house you are not
    ok to shift...



    Actually if you check my name I have been using this connection from almost 7
    years..previously i used to stay in Minerva circle then moved to ezipura and
    post using your connection for 7 days it is really frustarting to receive this
    kind of answers .



    The girl who called me to say that the connection cant be shifted when I told
    her that you are giving advertisement right in my gate about your broadband or
    that area she reconfirmed me that she will check oncwe agin and let me know but
    still now no body came back with any concrete answer...
