    Angry Airtel Mobile service stopped

    Hi ,

    This is to inform you that My Official Airtel Number ( i.e 9560055117 ) is stopped on 17 Jan 2012 and still at 20 Jan 2012 it can not be start.
    This is my official ( IBM ) , toll free number for US client, on which I received critical ( SEV1 & SEV2 ) issue and Alerts from one of the IBM Customers.
    As it is already told to Airtel customer care about the importance of the number , they are not serious about it . Each and every time I have to tell them all the story and they told me it that they done the unbar check and your number will start within 4 hrs . I have called to customer care almost 12 -15 times, but they are not able to start the services. I am extremely tired with Airtel Services, processes and customer care executive 's responsibilities, as they do not want to solve the issue. From 1 st call to last call all the customer executives had provided their SLA ( 4 hrs ) and saying that your services will be start within 4 hrs. Almost more than 40 hrs spent still i did not get any positive solution.

    I want to file a case from consumer court again the services of Airtel as due to this impacted my time, my official business ( IBM ) and my job !!!

    Default Mobile Service Stopped

    Hello

    My airtel no is out of service without any message or warning.
    I am using aitel for years and it is very strange they stopped my mobile service without any warning or notice on 7th May 2012.
    It is very bad because no one from my family, friend or office can call or contact me now.
    I don't have any other no so they can call me in urgent issue or case.
    Please fix my problem or i would like to take it forward to consumer court.
