Respected sir/madam,



i have a bsnl telephone connection (01632-227373)before 12+ months.

but due to some problems i had disconnected this phone.

i submitted telephone disconnection request and get signed by dealing officer.They i had given the telephone set with the application to the told branch.

but even after disconnecting, they were sending the bills which recorded not even a single call.
And now on 18-1-2012, i received a legal notice from bsnl that i have to pay all the bills for 1 year and 200rs for the telephone set.


now plz tell me why should i pay of these bills, whille my phone was disconnected at
that time or was not disconnected because of the bsnl employee itself.

and till now i can't receive my security which i deposited in starting to
take connection.
