Today is like 14th day..my land line is dead and i am tired of going to telephone exchange and asking for help..They are no able to answer anythng and not even to mend the lines..i have not use my land-line and internet for even a second ..still i know they will send the long list of bill with attached bill of internet..what is this,,
Being a customer frm 20 yrs of this same service . i need an valid answer.
Please help..may be there are many other people like me who are in queue and waiting for get their phone replaired but i had faced many problem as my internet is not working.
