Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to complain against Airtel Broadband and Land line (number 033-4065-2163).
I wanted to cancel Airtel because of poor service in repairing the Wi-Fi back in August,2011. I waited for 14 days without any rectification and I decided to cancel the service, logged two requests (2948208 and 5072038) back in August timeframe, which were not resolved within the SLA and I had to pay for the amount when I enquired on the status in October. Anyway, October 18th I again raised the cancellation request and the SLA for resolution was given to be completed by October 29th. Again, the request was not resolved and I kept on following, with second and third commitment. After that I forgot and thought that the issue has been resolved and I would not be charged beyond August 28th (till which my dues were cleared). I was surprised to note that when I was called up by Airtel billing department that I have an overdue of Rs 2424 per invoice 12/12 and I need to pay the amount. I am enclosing the detail e-mail chain I had with Airtel.
My complain is that Airtel has been lying and not keeping their commitment as the resolution date they have mentioned. And they have been charging unethically for no fault of mine. Would request you to look into the matter and provide justice,
Airtel is becoming a very corrupted company and I have a suspicion that they are doing this intentionally to harass the customer and generate revenue unethically.

Dear customer care This email refers to customer complaints numbers 2948208 and
5072038. I want to summarize into below points: 1) I requested for cancellation
of the connection for my account back on August 28 through the first complaint
number because of wifi not working for 2 weeks and none of you bothered to
attend to this problem. 2) I had been subsequent to this lot of discussions
with customer representatives and I was told that I will be given a revised
bill and once I pay the outstanding amount the connection will be closed.
However I was never gunen a bill nor anybody closed it. 3) during end of
September I came to know that supposedly one of your representatives visited my
place on 1st September discussed with me on various options and I have agreed
to stay with the connection and he closed the complaint. Let me tell you its
not true and I have not discussed with anybody nor I have allowed anybody into
my appartment which is highly controlled by security. As such I had a log
anothe complaint and I was told that the associate will make a remark that
disconnection request will be from 28 August. 4) after this I have been getting
lot of calls from your billing department and I was told that I need to pay the
outstanding amount and then only cancellation can open. With good faith I have
paid until 28 th August (amount obtained from same person who I talked). 5)
with this I humbly request you to do the cancellation from 28 th August since I
have not using the broadband for 2 months. Let me know once this request has
