I had given an application for shifting of my phone on 08/sep/2011 and shifting has taken too much time . Finally they shift my land line telephone on 14/oct/2011. On 20/sep/2011 i was meet with mr. Chandel agm bsnl shahdol telecom circle. He said to me if shifting will take more than one week you will be entitled for a bill discount. Then i give an application for bill discount but they are not deduct my bill for one month and six days. Now i want to correction in bill. They should deduct the amount for one month and six days either i won't deposit any bill. And it's responsibility will be your's.
