Sub : “ Requisition for refunding the security deposit of Rs. 800/- with Interest”

This is to your kind attention that I, Benjamin Soloman has purchased a New Reliance Set (LSP-340E) post paid connection ( Ph. No. 0522-3247788) on 18/05/2005 against CAF No. 2261077560 and for some reason, I have terminated the services and submitted the set to your office at Reliance Franchaisee, Hussainganj crossing, Lucknow in good condition (with NO DUES against us) on dated 24/08/2008 and provided with termination request no- 74533463, and told me that after one month your claim will get back from Reliance Magnum Office, Lucknow. But when I personally visited your Reliance Magnum Office at Lucknow after two month of surrendering the set they ( Ms. Nidhi) told me that not only you but many of you are there for claiming the amount back as it is hold by the company.

Now, when it is over 3 years on, I didn’t got my refund back (with Interest) till date which your Reliance executive has committed us while on purchasing the set.
So I want the immediate action on this from your concern authority.
