Hi,

I was dissatisifed with Airtel Broadband and was closing the service, when i got a retention call from Airtel stating that they will offer me the connection for Rs 599/- and for the first 3 months a 20% discount on the 599 plan, so ideally the bill must be charged to this. However Airtel has charged me in excess and even for the period during which the net was no in use as i had closed it and it was re connected in the new plan by Airtel personnel, there was a gap for 10 - 15 days. Airtel has billed me for this period also. I had raised the compaint no's 5400546, 5899738, 8078588 as they had given faulty modems etc when reactivating my connection. Then for the billing issue i had raised a complaint no. 8803396 for the faulty billing as the bill is not at all clear they have charged "Other Charges" and the plan detail is showing the old plans.

Now this request 8803396 also stands closed in thier system while i received a new bill for 1512 with no break up of items.
