Dear Sir/Mam, I would like to bring in your kind notice that i am being mentally harassed by the customer care executives of Airtel. First of all i registered a request to change my internet connection plan from unlimitted to limitted in the moyh june 2010 and no action was taken by them and they charged me according to the unlimitted plan. But according to request No 960983236 and 4811668, i paid according to the normal plan and asked there representative to disconnect the airtel connection and it was very clear that we dont have airtel connection as we were unable to make calls and we stpped using the airtel connection and moved to mtnl connection. We stopped using airtel no. 42408821 as we thought that it was disconnected from sptember month iteself. Now, in dec they are asking to pay my pending payment of october and november. I am unable to understand why they dont get this thing very clear that i had disconnected the airtel connection in sept month itsel. Please look into this matter as soon as possible.
