A new connection was got installed having number 01145013397. On booking the same, One Mr. Abhay Singh Sr. Sales Executive of AMBA BPO.COM, a DIRECT SALES ETERPRISE OF AIRTEL charged Rs.500 in cash as advance money which he while depositing with AIRTEL replaced with a bogus cheque which bounced and our phone was disconnected. Toget connection restored, another Rs.500 was given to AMBA BPO.COM for deposit with AIRTEL.
AIRTEL's representative cheated but AIRTEL does not own up the responsibility, rather had wrongfully disconnection our phone. AIRTEL has not returned that bounced cheque, using which I could have claimed my money back, they have not taken any action for replacing my cash with a bogus cheque by their employee / associate and also they do not respond to the complaint lodged.
Through this forum I request for lodging the above complaint against AIRTEL.
I further use this opportunity to inform the community not to deal through AMBA BPO.COM which is cheating public in the name of AIRTEL.
