Sub:-Despitemy earlier SEVERAL Complaints in respect of my Tel. No.01142440600,my problemstill remains unsolved and also even after your so termed wrongly resolving theissue vide mail dt.07 Dec.2011(Received only today lying in the mail box, butnot delivered in actual, which can be verified from your Courier Service)

I was ratherastounded to receive the letter under reference wherein instead of resolvingthe issue in respect of my subject grievance, whereby resultantly my miserieshave been further complicated and made as a spider web.
Although, in the letter under reference, it is unambiguously andexplicitly admitted by the Concerned Authority of AIRTEL that:-
“WE regret to inform you that theplan for the above mentioned account number was wrongly changed to 699 DSLStandalone Plan, due to combination of human & technical error. However,the plan has been migrated to the previous plan – 649 Special Retention Plan withall benefits”
However it is very significantand manifest to note that although the said Authority has evidently admittedabout the erroneous billing(for which I am persisting to rectify for last fewmonths which is clear from the attached Mails ) and STILL as per the letterunder reference, ‘MY PLAN AGAIN HAS BEENAGAIN INCORRECTLY CHANGED TO ‘649 Special Retention Plan’. Although, I was having a COMBO PLAN of 649 forlast about 8 Years, which comprised of unlimited usage of Internet PLUS 100 local/NCRcalls free per month (the said fact can be cross checked by scrutiny of any ofmy previous bills, prior to June-July 2011from 2004 0nwards, when my plan waswrongly & illegally changed, without my requesting or my information. Andalso the bill dated 30th Nov.2011 has again been ERRONEOUSLY RAISED,showing the monthly charges to be Rs.1048/- (in fact it should have been Rs 649/-, as per my original plan) And thevoice call charges have been separately imposed for Rs.108/-, which also shouldhave been up to an amount of Rs. 100 were liable to be included in the monthlycharges of Rs, 649, as per my original COMBO PLAN, as explained earlier.
HENCE TAKE SUITABLE NOTICE.
