Dear Sir/Madam,

We want our telephone line back the number is 080 42000560.

I have no option left so thought of going with consumer forum.

We had totally 10 Land line connections out of which we have cancelled 9 lines.Below are the telephone numbers & request number for the cancellation of telephone lines given on 16-August-2011.

We have give altogether for the cancellation. On a cancellation we have received a cheque behalf of installation/excess Payment/security deposit, but unfortunate the att par name was wrong the name give by airtel is Clarionpvt Ltd, But where in it should be Clarion Technologies Pvt Ltd.

The next day itself i have return back the cheque to airtel office Koramangla. Till date i have not received the cheque.

We are in trouble as one line is not working from long time. 080 42000560. I've visited many may times for Airtel outlet but there is no solution.

Request you to do the needful.
