I am Sudip Sinha. I have a b_fone with broadband connection under JOKA telephone exchange of Calcutta Telephone. My telephone no. is 033-2438 1365. My phone & broadband are not working from 12th. Dec. 2011. I registered a complaint on 13th. Dec. 2011 & my complaint no is - 11178186299. But, till date they didn't rectify my both connection.
I am very busy person. I don't have any time to go to Joka telephone exchange for giving the reminder. I am also very dependent on internet. Everyday I do lot of works in internet.
Due to Negligence of Calcutta Telephone's people, my all urgent work has been stopped. Now my questions are -Respected Court, I am expecting the justice from you.
- Who will be the responsible for my problem?
- Who will pay the bill of this 7 day's?
- Why I will have to call several times to BSNL customer care for that issue?
- Why all senior people of Calcutta telephones doesn't attend the phone call?
- This is a public service, but why there is nobody to serve the public?
