from last 6 month we are not get proper service from BSNL.there are no any battery backup so when ever elecricity gone exchange stop working.hear one genretor but it not working.sowe have many problems on this matter.many times we complain to our area office which is in Talala(gir) but no action taken by him so kindly do on this matter as soon as possible.thanking you.
