Dear Sir,

My landline no. 04885284251 is not working since 27th October'11.I have raised the complaint regarding this the next day itself.The line man came after two days and told me that there is no problem with phone ,there is some problem in the line.Again some people came to check the line after few days and told me that they will get back.But after so many request there is no response.It is 12th nov today still the phone is not working.Kindly help us to solve this issue.
