I have taken the Tata Indicom Land line connection (Land Line NO: 040-67307064) 2 months back, But till now they havent activated the outgoing calls and while installation of the connection, the tata indicom executive told me that i will get only 100rs rent per month. but with out my notice they have activated 200 rs per month. So many complaints that i have raised through net are closed with out resolving the issue and the executives service is very very bad.

As there was no outgoing calls, they are generating the bills and not reverting the amount for which there was no outgoing service.

Poor customer service.

Please help me out from this concern and to whom i need to contact even such a corporate companies also allowing these types of cheating.
