Hello,

My pre-paid landline phone (080)65745369 of 4 years was disconnected without any notice or warning on Sunday. I tried reaching the helpline on 121, but wasn't even recognizing the phone number when I entered.

This is a poor state of affairs when the number is disconnected without notice and for no apparent reason. Please help provide next steps to resolve this situation.
