my air tel ID is 3006864735 last one month my DTH not in working because some technical problem . I have called your customer care .His version is next day our engineer solve the problem and send the ref no 13259527 for video problem without any charge . But next day your engineer come . He has said you pay 100/- than solve the problem . Now our airtel DTH not working . so cut my service . Next time we will not recharge for this reason.
