I was using a bsnl landline phone.. Whose no was04712367155.. But about 4 months ago i disconnected my phone.. During that time they promised that the advance amount which i had given while taking connection would be returned to me in 2 to 3 months but it has got almost 6 months over.. I had not even got my amount back..now i even dont know what to do..
