Tata docomo landline ~ worst service to have seen

    Default Tata docomo landline ~ worst service to have seen

    Hello,



    I have brought a new cordless model named Tata Walky+ for Rs.1500 which is a three months old one. I have got an Display problem and I have gone

    to the nearest showroom which is at Thambu Chetty Street and the Welcome was horrible.



    I was asked to wait for 1/2 Hour just to ask what is my issue and the concerned authority Mr. Satish was talking in his mobile outside the showroom and

    when asked where is the concerned staff. A lady working there said " Sir, you can go and call him he is standing outside".



    I was in my high heat at that time but after some time he came and told that they cannot make this model ready you need to change the model to

    an new one. I said you replace this and they said " There is no stock in Chennai so we cant do that".




    I said them tell me some solution and he said "You take either landline or you take an model that I will show". You know what he showed me an

    1980's model with an antenna on the top
    . I said I will take the old model but give my money back. But they said the rules might not work like that

    or they are not authorized to give money back.



    Then I made an complaint with 121 on 31-10-2011. They said they cannot take a official complaint but will arrange a solution and call me in one

    day
    but after four days I again called and what you know they said there is no complaint made. I was fed and I made an another complaint and it

    was made on date 03-11-2011 and they called me next day and asked my trouble and said in phone itself the same solution there is no stock and they

    closed the complaint themselves.


    Now today (07-11-2011), when I call they say the complaint is closed and they don't have stock and can do nothing, they also said me that an

    service man came to my home and saw the issue
    ; but the fact is they never came and in fact they just called that day and said they will call next

    day with solutions for this issue and never called again.
    I am asking them to connect to some higher authority but they tell me that they will call me

    back and there is no answer until i call them back next day.




    Can anyone tell me what to do and how to file and complaint at the court and what sections should i file a case.


    Guide Me. It's a request to all here.

    Default Installation Of New PRI

    This is regarding one pri connection which wehave appiled for with Mr. Arun
    Waghmare before diwali and was being told thatthe same will be implemented
    during Diwali time but in vain when followed upwith Mr arun for same on
    last tuesday he called up Tata and the persontold to him that epabx can be
    implemented and the last 4 digit matching nos aspromised will be alloted on
    wednesday and on thursday Epabx installation wasfixed with M/s Multiline
    Communication and the same people installed thenew epabx and removed our
    old epabx without checking for PRI is active ornot when they came to know
    for the same, the same was communicated withArun Waghmare and he told that
    the same will be done next morning on Fridayaround 9.30 and also call
    transfer of old tel nos to new pri nos and thenew Epabx was installed after
    making 3 Tata old lines as direct out of 10lines. The next day we called up
    Arun @ 10.30 what happened about the lines hetold that it will be done till
    11.30 but in vain and after that he did not recdany calls (we must have
    tried for more then 50 times) so on that day allour business was down and
    our sales was dropped to nearly 60% to 70%. Thennext day on saturday we
    informed multiline to again install our oldepabx.
