We got the Airtel PRI line installed about 4 months ago. Starting from the day one there has been disturbance in the line which doesn't allow to make or receive calls. While making a call, if fortunate, connects and disconnect in the middle of the call and line hangs. Line doesn't come back for hours and we the incoming/outgoing just stops. This is a company number with Rs. 12000 monthly commitment where I have not been able to use even Rs. 1000.

People can't connect to this number and we are advertising this number as our Support Number. Loosing business day by day. I would like to file a suite against Airtel but all my business loss and poor service from Airtel.

I have made so many complaints and the problem has not been resolved till date.

Despite my continuous efforts, the problem retains and business is suffering badly.

Please advice to start with the legal proceedings at the earliest.
