I submit the Rs.1105/- on 30-09-2011 receipt no. Lu no. A 297800. This payment was made by me for wifi modem. I want to avail the wifi facility from connect infotel.
The lady in my Local Connect Office at Samrala recieved my payment in cash. And she didn't forward my request for wifi modem. i also email on connect website to enquirer about the duration of time taken. The lady in email said i need to deposit the payment and i will get in 1 week my wifi modem installed.
The main thing is the local office workers are not co prated with me or may be with others customers, I went my LOCAL CONNECT THREE TIMES since i deposit the payment just to ask them how long it gonna take to install. they said company are out of stock. once they get it next day they install. Today i went to local connect office again. and the bludy girl still not forward my request and the payment was adjusted in my bill. Why the fuck is that happened, its almost 23 days after making the payment. What the girl on duty is doing. i see the girl is busy with the boys u know chattering.
Is that the a good customer care of connect.
I didn't Think this is good. On tuesday i be taking this matter on newspapers so that in future that bloody girl aren't do that type of things again.
And what company promise me for this. I want company clear on this matter very soon with me. Else i be submitting written complaint against the company in my local district consumer court. i shall be contacted by company on my cell. 098031-09699
