I am holding a connection vide no:-0120-4566464. I have requested so many
complaints regarding my bill as you have charged Rs 60 plus service tax for
consecutively 2 months for may09 and june09 i.e. Rs 132 for which your many
of executives including floor manager assure that you pay bill with
deduction of Rs 132 and the same amount will be deducted in next bill means
the same will not be reflected in the next bill I did the same thing but
unfortunately this assurance i have been given from the last 4 months but no
resolution till time Is this kind of airtel services provided by your
customer executives and senior floor manager I have paid my all bill on or
before time but I have been very much harrased by Airtel services My plan is
799 plus service tax and Rs 132 is not a big amount which i could pay but
wrong charges of rs 1 even I would not like to pay Some of the executives
names are as under Mr Ali and Zeeshant and Umar Saleem and Dharmender Soni

FInally can you plz confirm charges of Rs 132 will be deducted or not if not
then this matter will escalated to senior authorities you will lost most
valuable customer like me and even my lot of friends who are having Airtel
broadband connection plz confirm the same at the earlierst.

1. i am a senior citizen age 76 year. iam having a prepaid airtel connection with number 9910088073.
2. without my will and acceptance airtel has been sending me 'larger than life' for the last many months, through service messages and charging rupees 30 periodically.
3. yesterday i received another service message entitiled 'gclub games', and as i opened the message box i was informed immediately that i have been authorized to play java games and that i have been charged rupees 99.
this is plain cheating and very heartless on your part to charge all this amount from a man who is neither interseted in all this kiddish stuff nor has the expertise to handle java games.
4. i request you to immediately unsubscribe both these packages and refund the amount already charged.
if you fail to give favourable response to my request within a day i will have to take recourse to other methods of redressal.
