1. I am an MTNL Boad band consumer since Apr 09. Since then I am paying my bills regularly.

2. My boadband is unserviceable since 29 Jul 09. Even after lodging so many complaints with customer care no 1504 no action has been taken till now.

3. Being reputed organisation it is expected to get better and prompt service from you.

4. This is to bring in your notice for kind consideration and required action.
