Dear Sir/ Madam,



I just want to inform you that my fixed line phone is dead since 27th of
July 2009. I have registered the complaint as on 31st of July 2009 but this
problem is still pending to be resolved. Sir so many times I have reminded
at customer care more than 10 times, but it was worthless. I am facing so
many problems as this is my residence nos. Because of negligence of the
company (Reliance communications) I am bearing loss of rs. 2000 per day.
Further this is impacting on my social image & goodwill. Further this is to
inform you that I have paid my all bills timely & there is no balance amount
to be paid/ delay. After this I am facing so many problems.

I want compensation from the company as soon as possible
